This unusual house is nestled in the forest of Willow, Alaska with a clear view of Mount McKinley and Denali National Park. The original owner built it following a forest fire, but heavily dense trees obstructed the view. He decided to add a few more stories, eventually spending a decade adding floors until it finally reached 12 stories.
The house began to take on a peculiar look and not surprisingly, it earned its nickname as the “Dr. Seuss House.” The tower remained abandoned for a while and fortunately, a new owner took over the Dr. Seuss House and is currently working on renovations. Thankfully, photographer Jovell Rennie and Alaska Aerial Footage paid a visit to the house and captured the images and video.
