The toxins syndrome cannot be avoided unless we move away to the highest mountain top away from civilization – but since we cannot avoid it, unfortunately, our liver and kidneys pay the price. Our bodies, however have a certain immunity to flush out as many toxins as possible by itself.

    There are two types of toxins: fat-soluble and water-soluble. The water ones can be easily removed through the blood and kidneys. But, the fat ones are more complicated. These toxins contain pesticides, additives, preservatives, metals, plastics, pollutants and many more chemicals! They have to change to water soluble ones to become easier to get rid of.

    The crucial organ here is the LIVER. But if our digestive systems work at their optimum maximum levels, it cannot be good.  The toxins can find secret pathways from the liver directly to the blood, fat cells, and the brain and can be stored for a long time, maybe even years.

    When the digestion is balanced, the stress is lower, the detox is better and the toxins are not as much stored as before.

    For example, when we eat a meal and digest it, all the nutrients and toxins and fats are mixed up in the gut stomach and go straight to the small intestine; there the bile is appearing from the liver and together with the gallbladder occurs a natural body process of emulsifying. Many small villi and lacteals from the small intestine (resembling finger-like grass) exist, and also are known as mucous membranes.

    They pass through the gut and aid in absorbing the healthy fats so they send the bad fats to the liver, where they are processed. If by any chance this detox path is damaged somehow, our body will stop removing toxins and will keep them stored which is awful.

    The start of the lymph system in the body is called Gut Associated Lymphatic Tissue (GALT) and is a barrier around the whole intestine tract. There the lacteals absorb all nutrients and bad fats or toxic fats.

    It is of great importance that the ¼ of the gut wall contains those villi mentioned, and has the lacteals working well too. Another thing, the ¼ of the outside gut lining (lymph tissue) can never be congested in any way!

    After this, the lymph system surrounding the gut can bring back all the stored fats back to the liver and it will make use of the good fats to create cholesterol, membrane cells, hormones, skin and brain cells. After the liver has processed all of them, it selects those for elimination. If it happens for a lymph system to be congested, this process that is completely natural (using good fats, flushing away bad fats) will be imbalanced seriously.

    These are the symptoms of GALT congestion that will harm your lymph system:
    • Bloating
    • Swelling of breasts
    • Extra weight in the belly
    • Hypersensitive body
    • Skin problems
    • Stiff joints
    • Swelling of hands and feet
    • Headaches

    The villi in the intestines (the grass-like membranes) can be severely damaged by few things: bad diet, a lot of stress among the others – this will certainly irritate your bowels.

    These villi can even go to that extent and dry out! It will happen after a lot of stress and the first sign of it will be constipation. If this happens, more reactive mucus will be produced in the body.

    Now, if more mucus is created than usual, the stool will be normal (1 to 3 times daily), BUT you will be incredibly bloated and unhealthy, alongside the extra weight.

    When the mucus is even more present than this, stool excretion will be more frequent, looser and like diarrhea. Be careful, if there is mucus in your stool, contact a medical person instantly. This means the villi is congested in the excessive mucus itself.

    After this, the process of dissolving toxins will be blocked instantly when the good fats are delivered, and when exiting the bad fats occurs, the immune system will show it too, and the skin in the gut tissues will be altered.  It is normal that the neutralizing of toxic material is absorbed in the lymph system while this is done by boosted white blood cells by over 500 lymph nodes overall.

    But, when the mucus is too excessive, this might not happen at all so the toxins go straight back to our liver.

    To stop the toxins in the liver going back, you should achieve a good balance of the mucous membranes in the intestines – not too dry not too wet. The villi can be distorted also if stress, processed foods, too much coffee or sodas and additives enter our body – it will lead to hyperacidity.

    Our health is defined by a good level of natural bile from the liver because the bile sucks in the fats and aids the immune system for the digestion. For example, it sucks in metals, parasites, bacteria that is bad, chemicals etc. if we have a lot of fibers in our food regime, the overworked bile will go down the toilet.

    On the opposite side, when we have too little fiber in the diet, even 94% of bile can reabsorb to the liver and be recycled let’s say, together with the toxins. So, the liver will be overworked because it will be surprised when toxins get back to it.

    The liver will be congested with time and the bile can become thicker and sludgy and this will slow down the process of breaking down toxins because there will be complications with the stomach acids that enter the small intestines.

    Villi is irritated by the acid and creates reactive mucus more. This leads to blockage of the flow of enzymes from the pancreas to the small intestine, and because the pancreas has the same bile as the gallbladder when the flow is slowed down – digestion is complicated.

    Liver congestion

    When the biliary tubes are congested with very thick bile or toxins, the liver itself sends the fat-soluble toxins straight to the blood, so after this, they get to the fat cells and stay there for years. This leads to oxidation and degeneration i.e. free radical damage.

    Every body part, the brain also, will be the aim of these bad toxins. Lately, it is more common for regular toxins to change to neurotoxins and find their way to the brain fat tissues, so this can cause problems with cognitive processes.

    Get rid of the fat to get rid of the toxins

    The Ayurveda claims that the body should be convinced to burn the fat, but not strictly for weight loss. For example, the fat metabolism is a fuel for the body and the detox, so it is important to remove these fat cells and the toxins will be gone too. If the nervous system can eliminate stress and work that way, the body will not store fat!

    You can burn the fat in many ways, but decide firmly to change your lifestyle first. Pay attention to what you have read about the bile, digestive system, and lymph system because these are essential for detoxing and fat burning.

    When there is the inability to keep good fats and allergies occur…

    Sometimes, the good fats cannot be broken down or kept for the good purpose, because the villi and lymph in the gut are congested. That is why a lot of people are diagnosed with dairy, wheat or soy allergies. Of course, these foods are not light foods, they need a lot of time to digest and have high mucus levels.

    Now about the gluten, it can cause irritation to the wall of intestines and produce even more mucus when there is an excess of it already, so the gluten cannot break down properly in the gut or the small intestine.

    This can complicate the intestinal wall to be a healthy barrier to the body overall. It is easy to reduce or remove these foods from the system, but it can be difficult to remove dairy or wheat completely since they are everyday foods.

    Final conclusion

    If by any chance you notice frequent stomach problems like constipation, diarrhea or mucus stools – it probably means that you are in urgent need of detox! Avoid some foods or just change the diet for a short time.

    Also, don’t eat fatty foods if you know that after them you feel too much fool and heavy or fatigued – that means the bile flow is distorted a lot and you store toxic and bad fats 100%. That’s why to be cautious and with discipline about your health. If you follow the Ayurveda rules, take care of your skin first, then the intestines, lymph, and bile, and lastly the liver of course.

    Some foods are really good for our health and cleansing the liver also; grapefruit, garlic, carrots, beets, green tea, leaves veggies, apples, olive oil, avocado, grains, lemons, limes, walnuts, turmeric, and cabbage.

    This is a perfect way to cleanse:
    Ingredients:
    • 1 grapefruit or 3 lemons
    • 4 tbsp Epsom salt
    • ½ cup olive oil
    • Apple juice or malic acid supplement
    Preparation:

    Eat a lot of apples or drink a lot of its juice for 4-5 days before the cleanse starts. Also, consume the malic acid. The last 2 days, drink 8 oz. apple juice once every 3 hours.

    After all of this, on the first cleanse day consume light breakfast meal without FAT. This way the bile in the liver will gather and work up the liver. With this, the liver stones will be gone.

    1. At 2:00 PM that day, mix up 4 tbsp Epsom salt with 3 cups water and place it in a jar, in a fridge to cool off. Don’t drink or eat after 2 PM.
    2. At 6:00 PM, sip ¾ of the mix, it will not be tasty but feel free to add 1/8 tbsp vitamin c powder.
    3. At 8 PM, drink again ¾ of the mix. Get ready for the liver cleanse. After the cleanse, REST and do nothing, lie down or sleep.
    4. At 9:45 PM, put ½ cup olive oil in a jar. Pour grapefruit juice in that mix removes the pulp too. You will get ½ or ¾ cups juice with the olive oil mixed. Close tightly this jar and shake until really liquid and smooth.
    5. At 10 PM, drink this. Do it in 5 minutes quickly! Then, lay down and rest. Lay on the RIGHT side, with the right knee, lifted to the chin for half an hour. Sit still that way, don’t move and sleep.

    The next day, in the morning, sip a third dose of the ¾ cup Epsom salts and go back to sleep. The last dose should be taken 2 hours later. After those 2 hours after the last dose, eat ANYTHING, except hard solid fruit, instead start with liquids.
